Tracy-Ann Lamont

Co-Client Director – Capital Markets

Tracy-Ann is an experienced and dynamic finance professional leveraging over 15 years in business management and fiduciary services with particular expertise in a range of products including investment funds, structured note issuances, securitizations, CLO's, Unit Trusts (Japanese and otherwise), Islamic finance structures and asset (aircraft and ship) financing.

Tracy joined Ocorian* in April 2019 and heads up the Cayman Capital Markets Group with responsibility for a key portfolio of CLOs, green bond securitizations, unit trusts and other asset finance (aircraft and shipping) structures.

Prior to joining Ocorian, Tracy-Ann served as Director, Capital Markets for several large financial services providers in Cayman managing portfolios providing directorship, registered office and other related fiduciary services to a number of special purpose vehicles and corporate entities. 

Tracy is an Accredited Director, a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association, a registered CIMA Director and also a member of the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in International Business, International Relations and Modern Languages (Spanish and French) from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida and has also pursued post graduate studies in Law.
