Nick is a Non-Executive Director of Ocorian Limited.
Nick moved from a full-time executive role to his current role in 2023.
Nick was Chief Executive Officer of Ocorian from 2004 until 2020. In 2016, Nick oversaw the successful completion of the management buyout of the corporate and fiduciary services business from Bedell Group, establishing what is now Ocorian's business.
Nick is a chartered accountant and has worked in a Big 4 accounting practice (he was a partner at Ernst & Young) and for two major international banks.
Throughout his career, and in addition to his management experience, Nick has been involved in a broad spectrum of private, corporate and fund client structures involving clients based in many jurisdictions globally.
