Aadila joined Ocorian in 2021 and currently serves as Chief of Staff, supporting the co-CEOs in driving the organisation’s strategic agenda. Previously, Aadila was an Associate Director in Ocorian’s Corporate Development team, where she played a key role in strategic acquisitions and supported the expansion of Ocorian’s presence across APAC and the US. She brings more than 17 years of experience across investment banking, corporate development and strategy. Aadila began her career in the Investment Banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch before holding senior roles at Robert W. Baird and KPMG. Her advisory work has spanned buy-side and sell-side M&A, debt advisory and strategic reviews for corporates, founders and private equity sponsors.
