About
Kristina Rowe is the Global Head of Issuer Services at Ocorian, where she leads the firm's global issuer services business, supporting clients across securitisations, asset-back financings, CLOs, and risk transfer structures. She brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise across fiduciary services, trust and corporate services and fund administration.
Kristina joined Ocorian in 2019 and has held a number of roles, including global Chief of Staff, leading the Global Private Clients business, and Regional Head of UK & Ireland. Prior to joining Ocorian, Kristina held leadership positions at leading financial institutions in the UK and the US, including JPMorgan Chase, State Street and Mourant International Fund Administration.
She has extensive expertise in building and leading global teams, and delivering operational change, improved client outcomes and business growth. Kristina holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.
