Martin is a highly experienced business leader and joined Ocorian as Chair in 2025.
Martin spent 25 years at HgCapital, latterly as Operating Partner taking strategic NED positions, helping accelerate growth and maximise client returns. He has broad experience of mid to large capital companies and a skew towards working closely with management teams to help optimise performance, culture and value creation.
