Prior to joining Ocorian, Annerien was a Managing Director and EMEA Head of Lending at Citi Global Wealth. Her role involved driving the strategic development, growth, and governance of the Citi Global Wealth Lending Business in EMEA, aligning with global business strategies, and establishing product capabilities suited to different wealth segments.
Annerien has over 20 years of experience in global banking, with a diverse expertise across wealth management, relationship management, lending, and investment management. She held various senior roles at Quintet Group, HSBC Private Banking, JP Morgan Chase, UBS Wealth Management, and Citigroup Private Bank. Annerien has a proven track record of business growth, profound understanding of front to back business operations and deep experience leading complex transformations and managing internationally diverse teams.
Annerien is known for her strong technical acumen, commercial mindset, and facilitation skills, contributing actively to people and culture workstreams in multinational institutions.
Annerien holds a Masters Degree in business management. She has completed executive education programs at Harvard, including Women on Boards and Driving Profitable Growth.
