Farah is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Ocorian. She oversees the group’s fiduciary, administration and accounting practices in Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Hong Kong, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Malta, Mauritius and the UK. Farah is a lawyer by background and was a partner of Appleby from 2003 until 2015, where she led the global fiduciary practices since 2006, which eventually became Estera in 2016 and then Ocorian in early 2020. In the past, Farah specialised in the implementation and administration of corporate employee benefit arrangements. She has extensive knowledge of the use of offshore trust and corporate structures. Farah has been recognised by a number of leading publications and industry bodies including: WealthBriefing’s European Awards, Women in Wealth Management 2016, Citywealth Power Women Awards 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019, Citywealth Leaders List in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2018, Private Client Practitioner's Top 50 Most Influential List in 2013, 2017 and 2018. Farah has an LLB from Exeter University, is an English Barrister (non-practicing) and a member of the Jersey Law Society.
