Kristina Rowe appointed Global Head of Issuer Services

Ocorian, a leading global provider of asset manager, private wealth and corporate, and issuer services, has appointed Kristina Rowe to the new role of Global Head of Issuer Services, based in London.

“Our Issuer Services teams support our clients and their ecosystem across a broad range of instruments and assets, from securitisations, aviation to insurance. Kristina brings multi-disciplinary expertise and experience in asset and issuer servicing, combined with the knowledge of our clients through her years of valuable contributions at Ocorian,” says co-CEO Yegor Lanovenko. "I’m excited for Kristina to be joining the executive leadership team and bringing her energy and vision to the business and our clients.”

Kristina joined Ocorian in 2019 and has held a number of roles since then, including global Chief of Staff, leading the Global Private Clients business, and Regional Head of UK & Ireland. Before joining Ocorian, Kristina’s financial services and private equity career includes roles with JP Morgan Chase, Mourant International Finance Administration, and State Street.
