Ocorian appoints Ryan McGrath as Global Head of Innovation

Ocorian, a leading global provider of asset manager, private wealth and corporate, and issuer services, has appointed Ryan McGrath to the new role of Global Head of Innovation, based in New York City.

“AI has collapsed the pace of software development and, in turn, the production timelines from idea to prototype. For Ocorian, this means co-designing and delivering new, innovative solutions and products with our clients so we can support their operational, finance, and regulatory workflows at pace,” says co-CEO Yegor Lanovenko.

“Ryan’s track record of working alongside clients and operational experts to catalyse innovation into high-value solutions is why we’re so excited for him to join our executive leadership team. His energy and impact will quickly be felt by our clients and teams as he strengthens our executive presence in the U.S.”

Ryan will be working across Ocorian to identify high-value opportunities driven by client demand, rapidly iterating new solutions, and translating successful concepts into scalable capabilities.

Prior to joining Ocorian, Ryan spent his 15-year career at EY and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led some of the largest-scale transformations across the financial services industry. During nine years at EY, he led enterprise transformation and AI deployment within the firm’s Financial Services Technology Consulting practice, partnering with the world’s largest banks, asset managers, payment networks, digital natives, and fintech firms.

Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Control & Accountancy from the University of Illinois, is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States, and has an Applied Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation certification from MIT.
