About
Ken joined Ocorian in November 2021 as an executive director of the newly acquired Trust Corporation International.
In January 2024, Ken was appointed Head of Private Clients, Guernsey, it focused on growth within the private wealth space.
Prior to Ocorian’s acquisition of Trust Corporation International, Ken was CFO of the firm and also headed up the private equity team that specialised in establishing and managing non-regulated collective investment vehicles as well as regulated funds.
Ken studied Engineering and Mathematics at Trinity College Dublin and then trained as chartered accountant with a Dublin firm before coming to Guernsey in 1997. He brings with him both private practice and commercial banking experience having worked with a top ten UK accounting practice and then with a multi-national merchant bank.
Ken is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, the Securities Institute, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Guernsey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors and holds a diploma in Company Direction.
His approach is collaborative, working with the client, advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that Ocorian Private Client adds value to the client experience.
