Ocorian employee named in 2023 NextGen Leaders list by eprivateclient

Carmen Mills, Trust Manager at Ocorian, has been named in the 2023 eprivateclient NextGen Leaders list - the definitive annual list of leading young private client practitioners in the UK and Crown Dependencies.

The aim of the listing is to identify, recognise, promote and introduce the leading young private client practitioners in the profession. It highlights the breadth and depth of talent in the industry today.

Carmen joined Ocorian in November 2021 when it acquired Trust Corporation International, which was founded in 2003. Carmen’s work encompasses instructing and liaising with leading tax firms on matters (both planning and reporting) with a particular focus on UK IHT, capital gains tax, income tax, ATED and non-resident corporation tax. In the corporate space, Carmen has assisted with incorporating, restructuring and liquidation of offshore companies. Qualified with the STEP Diploma, Carmen plays a key role in the administration of several of Ocorian's largest clients. 

The 81 individuals were selected by PAM Insight's – the publisher of eprivateclient – senior editorial team with achievements, qualities and trajectory of promotion/business success in the past 12 months considered alongside their reputations. As well as this judging process, an open call for nominations was made to eprivateclient readers, and names put forward by this process were also considered.
