Ocorian strengthens Capital Markets team

Ocorian, the specialist global provider of corporate and fiduciary, fund administration, and capital markets services to financial institutions, corporates and high-net-worth individuals, has strengthened its Capital Markets team as it builds for further expansion.

Sarah Grantham has been appointed Business Development Associate Director, Capital Markets and will support growth in Ocorian’s loan agency and trustee services with a focus on direct lending, leveraged finance, restructuring, debt capital markets, and escrow transactions. 

Based in London, Sarah joins Ocorian from Global Loan Agency Services Limited where she was a Business Development Associate, working with clients in the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium on transactions across the full spectrum of the debt markets. Previously she worked in recruitment for law firms and debt fund clients in the UK and the Middle East.
