Ocorian, a global leader in private client, fund administration, capital markets, corporate, and regulatory & compliance services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nana Aboagye as Client Director, Private Client in Guernsey.
Nana brings more than 16 years’ experience with Big Four firms in the UK, Ghana, and Guernsey. She specialises in multi-jurisdictional tax, corporate and personal taxation, and advising on complex international structures. Her expertise also includes supporting clients with economic substance and Pillar Two requirements, as well as reviewing and optimising corporate structures.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Guernsey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants, holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation, and is an International Tax Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK).
In her new role, Nana will strengthen Ocorian’s private client services in Guernsey, bringing technical expertise and international perspective to support clients with increasingly complex wealth and structuring needs.
