Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Become a trusted advisor for a portfolio of Luxembourg fund clients, acting as their key day-to-day contact on corporate governance, legal and administrative matters. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of fund structures, from incorporation through to ongoing governance, transactions and liquidations. You'll collaborate with clients, regulators, legal advisers and internal specialists while helping to ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance and operational excellence. With exposure to complex transactions, board activities and AML/CFT matters, this position provides an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in Luxembourg funds and develop your leadership capabilities within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for a portfolio of Luxembourg fund clients, providing expert support on legal, corporate governance and administrative matters.
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of client entities, including incorporations, transactions, restructurings, governance activities and liquidations.
- Prepare and review legal and corporate documentation, including board packs, resolutions, agreements, meeting materials and minutes.
- Partner with clients, regulators, notaries, lawyers, auditors and internal teams to ensure the effective management of client matters and regulatory obligations.
- Support AML/CFT, risk and compliance activities, including due diligence reviews, risk assessments, policy implementation and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Oversee recurrent client activities, audit coordination, statutory filings, annual accounts approvals and the maintenance of accurate corporate records.
- Manage billing and fee collection activities while ensuring a high standard of service delivery and responsiveness to client requirements.
- Guide and support junior team members, sharing technical expertise and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications Required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Master's degree in Law, Business Administration or a related discipline, with legal or corporate governance certifications considered an advantage.
- At least 5 years' experience within the Luxembourg funds sector, particularly in corporate governance, legal administration or fund structuring activities.
- Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg law, fund administration and corporate governance frameworks, with an interest in financial services and regulated environments such as the CSSF.
- Ability to draft, review and interpret legal and corporate documentation, supported by sound judgement and effective risk awareness; AML/CFT knowledge would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and people leadership skills, with the ability to build credibility with clients, regulators and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German would be beneficial.
