Job Description
Purpose of the job
Build your accounting career as part of our Global Accounting team, supporting finance operations across a growing number of international jurisdictions. You'll gain hands-on experience across accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end activities and financial reporting while developing a strong foundation in accounting within a global business.
Working alongside experienced finance colleagues, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your technical knowledge, contribute to key accounting activities and collaborate with teams across different regions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your professional skills, gain international exposure and contribute to continuous improvements that enhance the way our global finance function operates.
Main Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day accounting activities across designated international jurisdictions, building your knowledge of global finance operations.
- Process supplier invoices, employee expenses and other accounting transactions, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Apply payments to relevant invoices and maintain clear and up-to-date accounting information.
- Prepare and post payment and periodic journal entries as part of regular accounting activities.
- Perform supplier statement and balance sheet reconciliations, supporting the quality and integrity of financial information.
- Contribute to month-end accounting activities and the preparation of financial information.
- Prepare simple accounts and financial summaries while developing your financial reporting expertise.
- Support tax, VAT and statutory payment activities across relevant entities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external auditors to support local and Group audit activities.
- Contribute to finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accounting processes and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications Required
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience or practical exposure within finance, accounting or a related environment, with a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to prepare accounting information, reconciliations and financial summaries, with an interest in developing knowledge of tax and VAT processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate and high-quality financial information.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an interest in learning, sharing knowledge and developing within a global finance environment.
