Job Description
Purpose of the job
Join Ocorian's Applications team and play a key role in supporting the technology solutions that power our global business. Working with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, you'll help optimise business applications, enhance data quality and contribute to solutions that improve efficiency, collaboration and the user experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in application support, systems integration, data management and business process improvement within a global financial services environment. You'll contribute to technology initiatives, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and help shape solutions that support business growth, innovation and operational excellence across the Group.
Main responsibilities
- Support colleagues across the business in their use of core applications, helping to deliver an effective and seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes and workflows.
- Contribute to application integration, data migration and automation initiatives that improve connectivity across platforms and services.
- Support the enhancement and optimisation of business applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve data quality, accessibility and business reporting capabilities.
- Participate in application implementation, upgrade and enhancement projects across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist with testing, documentation and knowledge-sharing activities that support successful technology delivery.
- Work closely with technology and business teams to deliver practical and user-focused solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, collaboration and system adoption.
- Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted partner in the delivery of technology solutions.

Qualifications Required
knowledge, skills and experience
- Experience supporting business applications, systems integration, data management or related technology solutions.
- Understanding of how technology, data and automation can enhance business processes and user experiences.
- Ability to analyse information, identify opportunities for enhancement and contribute to technology-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
