Nathaniel Luker joins Ocorian Law (Cayman) Limited as Partner

We have enhanced our Cayman Islands legal arm with the appointment of Nathaniel Luker as Partner of Ocorian Law (Cayman) Limited. Nathaniel advises on capital markets, private equity, corporate and finance transactions and will head up the legal arm’s capital markets and investment funds practices. 

Nathaniel previously worked in the Cayman Islands office of Mourant where he was Counsel in the Finance, Corporate and Funds team. Before moving offshore, he worked in the corporate teams of Freshfields in London and Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy in Moscow. He was identified as a Rising Star in the areas of corporate and commercial law in the Legal 500 Caribbean, 2020.
