30 May, 2023

Ocorian, the specialist provider of alternative fund services and leader in entity administration, corporate and fiduciary services, has strengthened its Fund Services team as confidence across the market grows.

Ross Thomson has been appointed Business Development Director – Fund Services bringing further expertise in Management Company, AIFM and Fund Administration solutions. His breadth of experience includes exposure to Luxembourg and Irish Markets, Alternative Funds, Private Equity and Real Estate products.

Based in Luxembourg, he joins Ocorian as its research* shows alternative fund managers are increasingly optimistic about launches and fund raising. More than eight in ten (81%) say levels of fund raising will be higher over the next 18 months compared to the previous 18-month period and 91% predict there will be more alternative asset fund launches this year compared to 2022.
