Tracy is a Principal Consultant, providing advice and support to asset managers and advisors, including training, risk assessments, monitoring, health-checks and regulatory change support. She is also experienced at assisting firms in drafting FCA authorisation, variation of permission, change in control and senior manager applications, and guiding firms through the process.
Tracy has an LLB (Hons) and LLM and, after an early career in legal practice, spent 12 years working in compliance roles for investment managers in the venture capital and real estate space. Having previously held the SMF16 and SMF17 roles, she has first-hand experience of managing the compliance issues that firms face.
