About
Specialising in complex, multi-jurisdictional tax and trust arrangements, Tracey has over 16 years of experience advising high-net-worth clients on a range of matters, from estate planning to the tax treatment of investment products.
Prior to joining Ocorian in November 2022, she worked at several London law firms: first qualifying as a solicitor in 2006 with Macfarlanes, before moving to Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and, most recently, at Taylor Wessing.
Tracey is well-versed in handling clients with US connections and has a keen understanding of the complexities inherent in structures with mixed beneficiary classes. Lately, her work has focussed on the increasingly complex regulatory environment, specifically in relation to FATCA, CRS and beneficial ownership reporting.
