Tian Peralto Levers is an Associate at Ocorian Law (Cayman) Limited. Tian advises on all areas of corporate and commercial law including the formation, maintenance and termination of Cayman Islands companies, investment funds, segregated portfolio companies and partnerships.
Prior to working with the offshore firm, Tian worked with another large and prominent offshore firm in the Cayman Islands as an Associate, where her practice encompassed corporate and commercial law as well as advising on various aspects of both regulatory and intellectual property law and acting as voluntary liquidator.
Tian was called to the bar in England & Wales in 2012 and was admitted as an attorney-at-law in Jamaica in 2013 and subsequently in the Cayman Islands in 2017. Tian attended the George Washington University (BA), University of Liverpool - Truman Bodden Law School (LLB Hons), BPP Law School (BPTC) and Norman Manley International Law School (Legal Education Certificate). Tian is also an accredited civil and commercial mediator.
Tian is on the Board of Directors of Special Olympics Cayman Islands. Tian is also a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association, Jamaica Bar Association and the Honourable Society of Inner Temple.
