Simon joined Ocorian in 2021 as Group Head of Corporate Development.
He was previously Head of Corporate Development at Finastra, a global fintech software company in London, where he was responsible for leading inorganic strategy and execution globally.
Prior to his role at Finastra, Simon spent over 13 years in investment banking, most recently for Quayle Munro focusing on M&A in the financial technology sector.
