About
Roel joined Ocorian in 2022 as Managing Director of our Netherlands office, and is an experienced Executive/Managing Director with 25+ years of senior experience in the Corporate Services sector. During these years he acted as director of a broad variety of client entities, supporting his clients in multi-jurisdictional structures. Prior to Ocorian, Roel held senior positions with various corporate services and banking institutions, and more recently he was Managing Director (Corporate & Private Clients) at Vistra and Jurisdictional Head of Corporate Services at Aztec Group. Roel’s academic achievements include a degree from Economic Business School Markus Verbeek and courses in Compliance & Regulation, Risk Management and Corporate Social Responsibility from Nyenrode Business University.
