Novan is the Country Head (Mauritius) and Head of Asset Manager Services (AMEA). He has been active in the financial services industry for over 20 years, with expertise in corporate finance advisory, cross border investment structuring, fund administration, and board governance. Prior to joining Ocorian, he spent 10 years with PwC where he held managerial roles in audit, advisory and corporate finance. Novan is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
