With a strong regulatory foundation from his tenure at the SFC, Kevin offers deep expertise in licensing matters and related compliance requirements.
Prior to joining Ocorian, he served over 9 years in the SFC’s Licensing Department, specializing in the asset management sector. Kevin has overseen the full spectrum of both corporate and individual licence applications across various industry and possess in-depth expertise in ongoing licensing obligations for licensed persons.
Kevin holds a Master of Laws in Compliance and Regulation and a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong.
