Gail Mattera joined Ocorian in 2025 as Ocorian acquired her business unit from E78 Partners (previously Agile Fund Solutions). Gail currently supports the US Reg & Compliance team with a focus on SEC filings and oversight of client deliverables. Previous, Gail spent many years at Sandalwood Securities, which is a Fund of Funds. At Sandalwood Securities, Gail worked as a Fund Controller and also sat of the Operational Due Diligence and internal audit teams. Gail began her career at Rothstein Kass as a member of the Audit and Assurance team. Gail holds a BA from the University of Delaware and a MS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Gail is a certified professional accountant licensed in the state of New Jersey.
