About
Brendan was appointed as Managing Director of our Jersey office in 2020. He is the Service Line Head for our Corporate business in Jersey and works closely with our corporate clients, tax and legal specialists and trust beneficiaries, developing long-lasting relationships and ensuring that corporate structures, which include employee share trusts (ESTs) are set up and administered effectively. Brendan was appointed to the board of Ocorian's Jersey office in April 2015 and has over 25 years' experience of acting as a trustee and corporate director. He has managed client relationships for a wide variety of clients ranging from listed multinational companies, large institutional banks, FTSE 100 companies and large private businesses. Brendan moved to Jersey in 1997 from Ireland where he qualified and worked as a Management Accountant.
