The diversified financial services group Ocorian builds for growth as it strengthens its executive team with the appointment of new Chief Financial Officer Gavin James as it builds for growth.

Gavin is a seasoned and highly experienced CFO who has worked at both publicly listed and private equity backed businesses at small and large scale across a range of industries, spanning professional services, technology, manufacturing, software, and business process outsourcing. 

Gavin has a track record in shaping businesses for long term profitability and success. Most recently, Gavin was CFO for global technology and management consulting group Capco. Gavin played a pivotal role in growing the business, developing its operating margins and delivering a successful exit in April 2021.
