Ocorian’s Nordic Trustee appoints UK Head as it enhances services

Leading independent loan agency and bond trustee services provider Nordic Trustee, part of the Ocorian Group, is enhancing its services with the appointment of Anatoly Sorin as Head of UK.

The new role enables Nordic Trustee to expand its UK Capital Markets function as it continues to build on its market-leading position as a bond trustee and loan agent in the Nordics and growing business in Germany.

Anatoly Sorin, who joins from GLAS where he was Head of UK and also work closely with Ocorian’s Capital Markets team in London which provides trustee and agency roles as well as SPV and corporate services, as well as trustee and agency roles to a diverse range of global clients.

His appointment supports Ocorian’s growth in capital markets in the UK allowing it to leverage Nordic Trustee’s proprietary systems, track record and expertise to support bond trustee and loan agency products sold in the UK and Europe. 

He brings more than 20 years' experience in financial services built up from roles at banks including US Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Lasalle and is a leading securitisation specialist.
