Purpose of the Role

Our Group Marketing function is core to Ocorian’s growth. We generate leads to drive revenue opportunities, we create platforms for our people to develop influential relationships, and we own and promote our brand reputation in the market. We have a pivotal role in driving client-centricity from the outside-in, by creating and promoting a ‘One Ocorian’ value proposition to specific segments of clients called buyer groups.

In line with this purpose, you will shape our next-era digital strategy. You’ll use your expertise and experience and energy to take us to the next level in digital marketing capability, driving our digital marketing strategy and initiatives, ensuring the effective promotion of our services and products across various digital channels.

This role involves managing and optimizing the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's goals, enhance customer engagement, and increase brand awareness across our buyer groups. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative digital tools, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in achieving the company's growth objectives and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Build out the digital marketing strategy and capabilities
  • SEO and PPC
  • CMS management, development and optimisation
  • Conversion rate optimisation (Hotjar analytics)
  • User journey mapping
  • Supporting marketing communications through webinars, email marketing and nurturing
  • Working collaboratively with the CRM and data management team
  • Supporting marketing integration during acquisitions
  • Lead generation management – campaigns and website
  • Own website improvements, developments and innovations
  • Reporting and tracking of all digital marketing channels
  • Third party digital agency management
  • Manage the digital marketing budget

Qualifications Required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

These responsibilities require a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to effectively engage target audiences and drive the company’s brand forward. It is a significant and exciting opportunity to shape our digital future and grow our business from the outside in. The role requires that we pivot focus and energy towards clients and the marketplace.

  • Experience: 5 - 10 years’ experience in a digital marketing role ideally in Financial Services
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of funds, regulatory and compliance, capital markets, corporate services or private clients highly desired. In depth knowledge of current digital trends.
  • Marketing automation: Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar.
  • CMS experience: Working knowledge of Drupal, Expression Engine, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Salesforce experience: Experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage.
  • Analytics tools: Proficiency with GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Design skills: Basic Photoshop capabilities are a plus.
  • Project management: Managing multiple stakeholders and activities to a deadline. Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.
  • Advertising: Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • UX/UI: Understanding of user experience and user interface design.
  • AI tools: Leveraging AI tools to drive digital marketing initiatives
