The diversified financial services group Ocorian has appointed Renata Zrobek to Chief People Officer, supporting career progression, as it continues to strengthen its strategic people agenda focused on attracting, retaining, and developing talent and partnering with the leadership to deliver Ocorian’s growth strategy.

Renata, who steps into the role with over 20 years’ business experience in HR, has been promoted internally to the key position – demonstrating that Ocorian is committed to investing in and promoting its own people and supporting them in career progression.
