Ocorian Fund Services receives global SOC 1 / ISAE 3402 controls accreditation for standardised controls across its global operating model

Ocorian’s Fund Services has received a global audited SOC 1 / ISAE 3402 accreditation for our core delivery locations for the Fund Administration business (including fund accounting, administration & investor services). Previously various jurisdictional entities have received individual SOC 1 accreditations. However, this year is the first time Ocorian has received a global accreditation, validating the globally consistent operating model across fund domiciles and delivery locations.  

This achievement represents a key strategic goal for Ocorian, reaffirming our commitment to a globally consistent approach. It reflects our focus on establishing a robust and standardised framework with well-defined control procedures across our core fund administration business. 

In today's dynamic, complex, and transaction-intensive operating environment, consistent processes and controls across our service offering globally allow us to offer multi-jurisdictional options to our clients. The SOC 1 accreditation emphasises that we have a robust and globally standardised operating environment with key essential processes and controls in place.
