Ocorian, a premier global asset servicer to both asset managers and asset owners, has rebranded its recent U.S. acquisition, E78 Fund Solutions, marking the next stage in building a globally consistent, technology-enabled solution for alternative asset managers.
The rebrand to Ocorian fully integrates the businesses which serve 700-plus funds and families served across seven offices with 200 staff in the U.S. as the group focuses on helping asset managers unlock new value and scale across every major fund domicile and capital market.
The rapidly growing U.S. business is underscoring its commitment to the world’s largest asset management market at the Financial Times Future of Asset Management conference in New York from October 7th to 8th.
Yegor Lanovenko, Global Co-Head of Funds at Ocorian and Vincent Calgano, Head of U.S. Growth at Ocorian are speakers at the event which brings together top leaders from North America’s asset management firms and attracts more than 800 attendees from 450-plus companies.
Yegor Lanovenko, Global Co-Head of Funds at Ocorian, said: “This rebrand is more than a name change; it represents a significant milestone in Ocorian’s global expansion, aligning its fast-growing U.S. business fully with its international brand and creating a single, integrated platform for clients. Both our colleagues and clients gain the assurance of continuity, but also the advantage of accessing a truly international network of expertise and technical capabilities across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Vince Calcagno, Head of U.S. Growth at Ocorian, added: “We wanted to send a strong signal to the U.S. market and all of our clients, that in addition to the reassurance of working with the same trusted teams they already know, we are serious about the scale and sophistication we now have as a global servicer of asset managers and owners. Our growth in the U.S. is about proximity and responsiveness – being on the ground with clients to support their day-to-day needs - but also about opening doors to wider international capabilities which drive opportunities for all of us. It’s a powerful combination: deep local expertise across a truly global footprint, all delivered seamlessly under one brand.”
