Purpose of the job

The Senior Administrator - Capital Markets responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, being responsible for the administration and management of a varied portfolio of client entities where Ocorian is providing Directorship, Administration and Share Trustee services, and assisting client company Directors in the fulfilment of their fiduciary duties.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of structured finance vehicles including CLOs, CRE, PACE, Asset Finance, Islamic Finance and bespoke esoteric structures.
  • Liaise and build relationships with lawyers, intermediaries, collateral managers, trustees and other service providers.
  • Monitor client requests and prepare transaction documents for execution and dispatch in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage business intelligence, including capturing all contact details (where appropriate) and business development related activity in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update files and documents of client entities electronically in ViewPoint, NavOne and DMS/iManage. 
  •  Prepare US Tax documentation for execution and filing with the IRS.
  • Prepare minutes, resolutions and transaction documents for the Directors’ execution.
  •  Generally support the Directors in the performance of their fiduciary duties and responsibilities.
  • Support the Capital Markets Team in all administrative duties
  • Manage a range of high profile projects as assigned.
  • Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities across various business service lines within the broader  Ocorian global network.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders in other Ocorian offices in key capital markets jurisdictions. 
  • Promote an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork.
  • Perform any such other activities and duties as may be reasonably required by the role.

Qualifications Required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • An Associate or Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as business, accounting, finance or law is desirable.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in a similar role.
  • Prior and working knowledge of  Structured Finance structures is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a fast pace environment requiring quick turnaround and attention detail.
  • Working knowledge of ViewPoint, DMS/iManage and/or NavOne database software is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a cohesive team environment.
  • Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound organizational and multi-tasking skills.
