Job Description

Are you passionate about HR, learning and development, and making a real impact? Join our HR Talent Development Team as an Intern and play an active role in shaping the future of our careers framework.
We're entering Phase 2 of our framework development, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support this exciting project. You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Analysing, creating, and inputting job profile data
- Supporting the design and development of structured learning programmes
- Working within systems to maintain data accuracy and structure
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to gather insights and feedback
This is a fantastic opportunity to build experience in HR, contribute to a key strategic project, and develop skills that are essential in today’s evolving workplace.
Qualifications Required
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Confident navigating systems and handling data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with senior stakeholders
- A keen interest in HR, career development, and learning strategy
- Preference given to Undergraduates/Graduates in HRM degree course
