George joined Ocorian Law (Bermuda) Limited as Managing Partner in August 2021.
He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services and legal industries in Bermuda, Mauritius, Malta, Gibraltar, United States and Chile.
He advises on governance, segregated accounts companies, insurance, investment business and investment funds, corporate and finance transactions and related commercial matters.
Prior to joining Ocorian, he was General Counsel and Head of Legal & Compliance for the Americas Region of a Bermuda-based financial services group that included insurance, investments, pensions and healthcare business lines. He previously worked with a leading offshore firm in their Bermuda and Mauritius offices.
He has been an elected member of the Bermuda Bar Council since 2015 and currently serves as President, having previously served as Honorary Secretary. He also currently serves on the Judicial and Legal Services Committee for Bermuda.
