Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Ocorian continues to drive growth through an active M&A strategy in a highly fragmented market. We are seeking an experienced M&A professional to join our Corporate Development team and support the execution of our ambitious inorganic growth plans.

Working closely with the Group Head of Corporate Development, you will play a key role in delivering transactions end‑to‑end and contributing to strategic expansion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead M&A transactions from initial evaluation through to completion
  • Prepare investment papers, valuations, and financial models to support decision-making
  • Support deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation with legal and advisors
  • Manage transaction timelines and coordinate day-to-day project delivery
  • Oversee due diligence processes across internal teams and external advisors
  • Provide clear updates and recommendations to senior management and the Board
  • Support successful post-merger integration of acquisitions

    Qualifications Required

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    • 6+ years’ M&A experience (Big 4, investment bank, or corporate) with end-to-end deal exposure
    • Experience in financial or professional services (tech-enabled preferred)
    • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
    • Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and transaction processes
    • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholder exposure
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Collaborative mindset with high professional standards and attention to detail
