Ocorian appointed to administer Apache Capital Partners’ UK build-to-rent funds

Ocorian, a specialist global provider of fund and corporate administration services, has been appointed by leading UK real estate investment manager Apache Capital Partners to provide fund administration, fiduciary and accounting services on their build-to-rent (BTR) platforms.

Ocorian will work with Apache across Jersey and the UK on their specialist BTR platforms covering both single-family and multifamily living.

The appointment follows Apache’s extensive RFP process and the subsequent successful migration by Ocorian of close to 100 entities, across five separate structures, in under three months in a process supported by Ocorian’s specialist onboarding and migration team.

The partnership represents a notable win for Ocorian’s growing real estate offering and further strengthens Ocorian’s role as a trusted partner to real estate investment managers as they attempt to navigate operational complexity at scale.

The announcement follows a period of sustained growth for Ocorian’s real estate fund administration arm, driven by increasing demand for scalable, multi-jurisdictional service delivery in a competitive investment environment.

The appointment by Apache builds on this successful series of migrations.
