Job Description
Purpose of the Job
The Onboarding Trainee will be trained and responsible for assisting the client onboarding, Client KYC and other processes within Fund Administration.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Onboarding Assistant Manager and Client AML/KYC Team to support the onboarding of new clients.
- Assist in monitoring onboarding progress and support daily onboarding‑related activities to ensure timely completion.
- Support the preparation and completion of Service Agreements, and handle client requests and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with bank account opening processes for onboarding clients, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Update and maintain the client database, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and documentation status.
- Assist in the preparation of Client KYC onboarding files as part of the Business Acceptance process in line with Ocorian policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of minutes and documentation for New Business Acceptance Committee meetings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.

Qualifications Required
- Fluent in English
- Some knowledge of AML laws and regulations in Luxembourg
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) or similar tools
- Willingness to learn HR systems and internal processes
