Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Working closely with the CIO and the Digital PMO Team, and key Business stakeholders, the candidate manage end-to-end delivery of Digital projects from Define to execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end definition and scoping of digital initiatives, establishing clear objectives, success criteria and delivery approaches that align with Ocorian’s digital ways of working.
- Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources, manage vendor contributions and ensure financial adherence.
- Partner with business stakeholders to run structured requirements gathering sessions and translate needs into well-defined functional and non-functional specifications.
- Manage all stages of the Digital Delivery Lifecycle (Define, Design, Build, Deploy, Run) and ensure governance standards are consistently applied throughout each phase.
- Prepare clear and compelling communications and change management materials, highlighting the value, benefits and adoption requirements of Digital solutions.
- Ensure project delivery adheres to IT governance, security, business continuity and Ocorian wide standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of these frameworks.
- To manage external suppliers and ensure that business continuity and security plans are embedded in every solution.
- Conduct project reviews, analyse successes and failures and identify opportunities to improve future delivery methods.

Qualifications Required
- A professional qualification such as CIMA, ACA is preferred.
- Project management qualifications (Prince2 or Lean Six Sigma preferred)
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- 10 years' experience in a technical role of which 5 years in a management role.
- Experience of managing/supervising staff and suppliers.
- Experience of a multi-site, multi-country environment and management.
- An understanding of AI agents and how to integrate their capabilities effectively into project processes (would be a plus)
Competencies
- Experience in transformation and change (10 years)
- Knowledge of agile project management and project management from design to prototype and pilot through to at scale deployment
- Experience in business analysis to develop solutions
- Good communication / interpersonal skills, ability to translate insights into clear narratives that convince stakeholders, secure buy-in and drive change
- Strong manager, team leader and team member.
- Commercial awareness
- Practical, analytical and ordered approach to problem resolution.
- Sensitivity to different cultures and ways of working
