Michelle joined Ocorian in November 2021, as a Business Development Director to champion the growth of our Employee Incentive Services.
Michelle brings over 20 years of share plan experience and has worked at the highest level in a mix of FTSE100/250 companies in the Financial Services and Retail sector.
Prior to joining Ocorian, Michelle gained 7 years of experience within the Growth & Acquisition team at YBS Share Plans (part of the Yorkshire Building Society).
