Luis Rebelo

Luis is Ocorian’s Head of Capital Markets in Luxembourg, responsible for leading  securitisation and structured finance offering in one of Europe’s most active financial centres. With 30 years of experience in the investment fund industry, he has built deep expertise across capital markets, private equity and real estate, managing complex transactions and delivering high‑quality governance and operational solutions to institutional clients.

Throughout his career, Luis has successfully led and developed teams, overseen large‑scale operational platforms, and driven cross‑border projects within regulated and unregulated environments. His experience encompasses the structuring and administration of securitisation vehicles, multi‑compartment platforms, and alternative investment structures, as well as the coordination of legal, compliance, regulatory and investor‑facing processes.

Before joining Ocorian, Luis served as COO at Qualix, and previously held executive positions at BIL Fund & Corporate Services and European Fund Administration (EFA). He is also certified in Mental Health First Aid, reflecting his commitment to responsible leadership and team well‑being.
