Job Description

Provide Transaction Management support for all corporate trust, agency and security agency  mandates from acceptance to execution, in conjunction with existing TMG personnel, including:  

  • Manage transaction processes across corporate trust, agency and security agency mandates from onboarding through to execution.
  • Review and negotiate transaction documentation for private debt, capital markets and restructuring transactions.
  • Ensure accurate capture of services and fees, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, legal counsel and transaction stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Partner with internal teams and external counsel to facilitate deal onboarding, transaction execution and ongoing administration.
  • Coordinate transaction closings, funding processes and post-completion activities.
  • Resolve operational and transaction-related queries, ensuring efficient issue resolution and high service standards.
  • Support billing and fee collection activities in collaboration with relevant internal teams.

Qualifications Required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in transaction management, corporate trust or capital markets.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, private debt and loan administration, including bond issuances, syndicated lending, structured finance and restructurings.
  • Understanding of SPV structures and relevant legal, regulatory, KYC and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.
