Job Description
Purpose of the Role
We're looking for a commercially driven and highly networked business development professional to play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across Luxembourg and Europe.
This is an opportunity to join a market-leading global professional services business where you'll be at the centre of identifying opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and helping clients navigate complex corporate, fund and regulatory challenges.
Working closely with jurisdictional leadership teams across our international network, you'll become a trusted advisor to clients and intermediaries, building long-term partnerships that generate sustainable revenue and strengthen our market presence across the Private Wealth & Corporate Space. For candidates with relevant operational expertise, there may also be opportunities to help shape local service propositions and contribute directly to client delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Driving new business growth across Luxembourg and key European markets through proactive business development and relationship management.
- Building a robust pipeline of opportunities by developing relationships with corporate clients, fund managers, institutional investors, family offices, private banks and other key market participants.
- Leading complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to successful conversion, including commercial negotiations and deal structuring.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across our global network to identify opportunities for cross-selling and delivering integrated client solutions.
- Developing and strengthening relationships with influential intermediaries including law firms, regulatory advisors, consultants, banks, auditors, technology providers and other professional services organisations.
- Representing the business at industry events, conferences and networking forums, enhancing brand visibility and generating high-quality commercial opportunities.
- Contributing to thought leadership initiatives, market insights and client engagement campaigns that position the business as a trusted partner in the industry.
- Working collaboratively with commercial colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to foster a high-performance, client-focused sales culture.
- Identifying market trends, client needs and emerging opportunities that help shape future business strategy and service development.
- Utilising CRM and sales intelligence tools to manage opportunities effectively and provide accurate revenue forecasting.

Qualifications Required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- A proven track record of driving new business growth within corporate services & private wealth space.
- An established network within the Luxembourg financial services market, with the credibility and relationships needed to open doors and create commercial opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory, legal and operational landscape relevant to corporate and fiduciary services, enabling you to engage clients with confidence and provide a consultative, solution-led approach.
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, intermediaries and professional advisers across the Luxembourg and wider European markets.
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify client challenges, develop tailored solutions and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across multiple jurisdictions and service lines to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex sales processes and stakeholder environments.
- Ambition, energy and the drive to make a meaningful impact within a fast-growing international business.
- Experience and networks across Luxembourg and key international financial centres including London, Dublin, Luxembourg, Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman Islands, BVI, Hong Kong and Singapore would be highly advantageous.
