Job Description
Purpose of the Job
This is a 360 Recruitment opportunity, with responsibility for managing the entire recruitment process, in a very fast paced organisation at senior level on an ongoing basis. Recruitment is global and workload will extend to several other senior roles in global locations. This role will lead the global TA function, helping hire roles across the world. The goal of the team is to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates who align with the organisation's values and contribute to its success. This role will also focus on senior recruitment, systems, reporting, data, budget management and interfacing with senior members of the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead on talent pipeline analysis, delivery and alignment to business growth to ensure teams are the right size and optimum location by providing regular hiring forecasts and market insight.
- Working collaboratively to develop and deliver sourcing strategies for the organisation to deliver long term sustainable resource, such as Early Careers including graduates, interns and apprenticeships.
- Responsible for recruitment budget and global reporting to the Boards and executive committee.
- Champion referral policy and internal candidate journey.
- Manage external partnerships and agreements with recruitment agencies to ensure control of agency spend.
- Lead as a trusted partner with hiring managers at senior level; understand specific position needs, skills, and requirements
- Leverage current best practice sourcing methodologies including direct sourcing, social media, industry focused professional networks, and job boards to find and attract highly qualified candidates
- Drive for results to exceed hiring manager expectations while providing a professional and world class candidate experience.
- Communicate effectively at all stages of the recruitment process with hiring managers, candidates and leadership. Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert by providing updates, market intelligence and insight.
- Interview, evaluate, and screen applicants for applicable background, skills, and organisational fit. Select top talent for presentation to hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring manager in the development of employment offers. Deliver verbal and written offers to finalist candidates. Provide transparent and honest feedback to all candidates in the interview process
- Proactively source and develop future candidate pipelines through networking and other referral sources
- Ensure data quality and accurate candidate updates in the Applicant Tracking System are completed by the recruitment team and hiring managers for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Provide insight and analysis by combining quality recruitment data together with other sources, such as utilisation, sales and market data.

Qualifications Required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Degree/Professional qualification, ideally in Human Resources or related fields
- At least 10+ years recruitment experience
- Previous Financial Services recruitment experience desirable.
- Experience of working in a private equity funded organisation.
- Jurisdictional knowledge with flexibility to assist in global recruitment at senior level.
- Extraordinary sourcing skills and experience with direct sourcing techniques and passive sourcing methods
- Excellent data handling and reporting expertise.
- Demonstrated commitment to being seen as a true ‘talent advisor’ to the business
- Systems excellence including Smart Recruiters ATS and LinkedIn.
