With a proven track record in team building, scaling and over 23 years of leadership experience, Frank has joined Ocorian as Chief Commercial Officer. Frank has a demonstrated track record of building successful commercial organisation and scaling businesses through the use of technology, structure, culture, and strategic change management.
He has grown businesses with 500m turnover by double digits, generated 400% yoy revenue increases through process changes and innovation, built teams from scratch to well over 200 people, generated culture of success, learning, innovation and fun - and much more. Frank started his career in Deutsche Bank and held corporate leadership roles at Lufthansa, PayPal, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and most recently Intertrust Group.
