Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Successfully manage and execute reporting activities as a member of the Ocorian Human Resources team. This will include working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to assess and deliver accurate and timely reporting requirements to the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Group reporting including monthly board reports on KPIs covering attrition, headcount and recruitment
  • HR system administration
  • External salary benchmarking data
  • Administration of the Ocorian Recognition scheme
  • HR system data audits
  • Support in annual salary review and bonus process
  • Assist in employee benefits administration and communications
  • Contribution to the Mauritius reward strategy and implementation
  • Provide support to HR Leadership team and Mauritius Leadership on various aspects of HR reporting

Qualifications Required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment working to deadlines and in confidential scenarios. 
  • 2-3 years analyst experience with exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge. 
  • The individual will be able to visualise data and create reports and presentations to cater for all levels. Ability to simply communicate complexity and identify trends in the data is important.
  • The ability to work as part of a global team across multiple time zones and work with some senior stakeholders in the business, previous experience in this area is essential.
