Employee Benefit Arrangements

Our team at Ocorian have been operating in the employee benefits industry for over 25 years. We are an independent provider of corporate administration and trustee services to a broad client base ranging from high profile FTSE 100 & 250 companies to private companies and partnerships.

We have extensive experience in providing tailor made solutions in employee participation for a small number of selected PDMRs through to the multinationals where employee participation exceeds 60,000.

Keeping ahead of the regulatory and legal changes affecting companies, trustees and administrators is our key focus. In particular, we are an active member of the Employee Share Ownership Centre (ESOP), an organisation which informs lobbies and researches in the interest of developing all forms of broad based employee share ownership plans in the UK and Europe.

We contribute to a number of industry committees and are regular speakers at leading industry conferences and events and sit on expert trustee panels. We participate in working groups to discuss and propose solutions to any new laws or regulations that may impact the way trusts are administered.

We can advise on and administer aspects of employee benefit arrangements including:

  • All-employee share ownership plans
  • Joint ownership equity plans
  • Nominee arrangements
  • Performance, deferred and matching share plans
  • Phantom plans
  • Share option plans
  • Warehousing and internal market arrangements

Payroll Services

Our services include but are not limited to, computation and administration of payrolls, managing social security declarations, management of incentive schemes, administering employment contracts and salary withholding tax representation.

  • We've known and worked with the team at Ocorian for many years. They are reliable and focussed on delivering a superior client experience"
