About
Renata first joined Ocorian in January 2018 as Group HR Director based in the Jersey office.
During this role, Renata focused on the ongoing development, improvement and management of HR processes across the Group and was actively involved in M&A projects, and the integration of acquired businesses.
In September 2022, Renata was appointed Chief People Officer and was tasked with strengthening Ocorian's strategic people agenda, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing talent and partnering with the leadership to deliver Ocorian’s growth strategy.
Renata has over 20 years’ experience working for global companies, a large percentage of which has been spent in senior HR roles. She has held positions in international banking, insurance and manufacturing firms in Poland, Europe and the Channel Islands. She has also acted as a mentor and coach to business leaders and executives.
Renata has a Master’s degree in Economy and Industrial Relations from Łódź University, and completed the Executive MBA Program at the University of Maryland.
