In his current position as a Client Director within Corporate and Institutional at Ocorian. Zoubeir oversees the work delivered within 5 Corporate Management Cells while advising on corporate management technical matters to ensure service delivery to Ocorian standards. Prior to occupying his current position, Zoubeir was a Director within the Fund & Investor Services division of the firm where he was directly responsible for a portfolio of clients as well as leading a multi-disciplinary team of relationship management, company secretarial, fund accounting and fund administration staff. Zoubeir also acts as director on the board of client entities (investment manager and private equity funds).
Prior to joining Ocorian in 2016, Zoubeir acquired over 10 years’ experience in the investment management industry, whilst being employed as a private equity fund administrator and as an auditor at Ernst & Young (Mauritius) and Duff and Phelps (formerly Kinetic Partners) Kinetic Partners (London), the latter a global professional services firm focused exclusively on the asset management, investment banking and brokerage industry. His portfolio of key clients (both as auditor and fund administrator) included a mix of private equity funds with capital commitments ranging from USD500 million to USD1.2 billion, and open-ended hedge and mutual funds with assets under management ranging from USD300 million to USD1 billion.
